About the Role
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Winter Sidewalk & Driveway Crew. This team is responsible for clearing snow and applying salt on sidewalks, walkways, and driveways to keep properties safe during winter storms.
Snow is unpredictable, so we need crew members who are reliable, flexible, and ready to work when called — often early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays. For the right candidates, this seasonal role may lead to full-time employment in the spring.
Responsibilities
- Shovel and snow-blow sidewalks, pathways, and driveways.
- Spread salt or de-icer on walkways and steps.
- Work safely and efficiently in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
- Respond promptly to storm call-outs.
- Assist the plowing crew as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
