We’re Hiring! Shop Manager / Crew Lead
Blue Oasis Lawn & Snow is looking for a motivated, dependable, hands-on Shop Manager / Crew Lead to join our growing team!
This is not your average job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is ready to lead by example.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead lawn care and landscaping crews
- Prepare estimates and meet with customers
- Perform small engine maintenance and repairs
- Maintain equipment and keep the shop organized
- Snow plowing and shoveling during the winter season
- Scheduling, paperwork, and general computer work
- Assist with daily operations and help solve problems as they arise
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Mechanical ability (small engine experience preferred)
- Experience with lawn care equipment and landscaping
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
