Lawn Technician / Crew Leader
We are a small, family-owned company looking for an experienced lawn care professional who is ready to work closely alongside the owner and enjoy the benefits of a tight-knit team.
If you don’t have experience, we are also hiring a self-motivated, career-minded individual with the opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader within 1–2 years.

Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial mowers, line trimmers, and pruning equipment
- Perform Spring & Fall Cleanups
- Snow removal: shoveling, snow blowing, and plowing
- Apply lawn treatments (fertilizer, weed control, spot spraying)
- Manage daily job routes and ensure work quality
- Communicate with customers professionally when needed
- Train and guide crew members as you grow into a leadership role
- Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Weekday and weekend availability may be required based on workload, weather conditions, and project deadlines.
