Home Building Sales Associate
1099 * Mineral Wells & Decatur, TX * $1,200–$1,500 per Home (Paid at Closing)
Blue Mesa Homes is seeking a seasoned professional to join us as a Sales Associate—someone whose decades in the field have taught them the rhythm of a build, the temperament of a project, and the care a homebuyer deserves.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an individual with 25 years of experience in residential construction. Ideal backgrounds include Superintendent, Project Manager, or hands-on home builder. Your knowledge will be the foundation that helps our buyers feel confident as they take one of the biggest steps of their lives.
Role Overview
You will meet with prospective buyers in person at our job sites—after they’ve been pre-qualified and initially contacted by our remote lead sales representative. When you greet them at the home, whether the build is fresh-framed or nearly complete, you will:
- Walk them through the property and its current stage of construction
- Explain our build process in a clear, knowledgeable way
- Highlight the features and selling points of the home
- Answer questions that require the kind of insight only long experience provides
Your presence and expertise will help guide clients toward an informed, confident decision.
Requirements
- 25 years of residential construction or homebuilding experience
- Ability to speak comfortably and accurately about the homebuilding process
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
- Professional communication skills and a steady, reassuring demeanor
- Willingness to serve as a 1099 contractor
Compensation
This is a commission-only role. Payment of $1,200–$1,500 per home is issued upon closing
