E-Commerce Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn about the ins and outs of online retail operations, from platform health to product visibility and performance.

In this role, you’ll help ensure our products are consistently live, buyable, and optimized across our e-commerce channels. You’ll monitor listings, track reviews, support marketing and operational tasks, and assist with issue resolution. You’ll be joining a team that loves to learn, pitch in, and figure things out together. We move quickly, collaborate to solve problems, and celebrate wins as a group. We’re looking for someone who brings that same energy - curious, dependable and excited to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform regular buy ability checks to confirm products are live, in stock, and saleable across e-commerce platforms.
• Pull and analyze reports to identify listing issues, suppressed items, or anomalies affecting conversion and availability.
• Escalate patterns or high-impact issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Track and summarize product reviews and ratings, surfacing trends, or opportunities to improve performance.
• Open, track, and follow up on support cases with Amazon and other retailers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist with operational tasks, including tracking and submitting shortage and price claims; supporting shipment or inventory creation as needed.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including verifying pricing and merchandising accuracy.
• Learn and navigate key systems and platforms (e-commerce retailer platforms, internal dashboards, reporting tools, etc.).
• Support ongoing team projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements for e-commerce operations.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — accuracy is key.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; capable of learning advanced functions quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working cross-functionally and with external partners.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Education & Experience

We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing (may include internships.
• Associates degree preferred in Business, Communications or related field

Bonus Points For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of online merchandising and what makes a listing great.
• Experience handling or analyzing product data.
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing (may include internships.
