Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable to join our transportation team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating a 15-passenger to transport passengers efficiently safely. Your expertise in driving combined with excellent customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for all clients and passengers. Responsibilities

• Safely operate 15-passenger van according to company policies and traffic laws
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, and addressing inquiries professionally
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Manage routes efficiently, including pick-up and drop-off schedules for employee routes
• Communicate clearly with company and office team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records

Skills

• Proven experience as a shuttle driver, delivery driver, bus driver, or in similar commercial driving roles
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of loading/unloading cargo
• Experience with paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus
• Skilled in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing basic repairs or troubleshooting when needed
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
• Speaks English
• Strong in the area of time management
