The Role & Responsibilities
- Get out in the community and build relationships with restoration companies, insurance agents, property managers, general contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Drive Business Growth – Develop new referral partnerships through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
- Create a Winning Sales Strategy – Plan and schedule follow-ups, get face-to-face with key decision makers, and set up meetings to nurture and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Follow up like a pro to turn potential deals into recurring revenue.
- Support the Customer Experience – Work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional service and follow-through.
- Manage activity and track success by logging interactions using our Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to measure growth and outreach efforts.
- Host and attend marketing events that put our company in the spotlight.
- Balance working leads with driving new ones—your pipeline is your earning potential.
