What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students
- Assist with classroom activitiesdaily routines
- Support behavior managementde-escalation (training provided)
- Help with personal care when needed
- Collaborate with teachers and staff
- Supervise during lunch, recessschool activities
- Create a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassion, patience, and reliability
- Strong communicationteamwork skills
- Experience with special needs is a plus-but not required
- Must pass TB test
