Food & Beverage Manager
Blue Hills Ski Area – Canton, MA
Blue Hills Ski Area is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food operations, including our main cafeteria, the Lower Bar, and outdoor food outposts. This hands-on role is responsible for leading staff, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality guest experience throughout the ski season.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple locations
- Create and manage menus, pricing, and ordering
- Track inventory and reduce food waste
- Hire, train, and schedule seasonal staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all F&B areas
- Coordinate with other departments for events and group functions
Qualifications:
- 2 years of F&B management experience (resort or high-volume setting preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with purchasing, cost control, and vendor management
- ServSafe and TIPS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Must be available weekends and holidays during ski season
