Qualifications
- Strong bookkeeping skills, including transaction recording, reconciliations, and journal entries (Accounting)
- Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements and other key reports (Finance)
- Proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills in handling multiple client accounts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members
- Experience in small business or client-based bookkeeping environments preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Understanding of cash flow management and basic financial analysis is a plus
