What You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
- Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
- Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
- Provide caregiver training and support.
- Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
- Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Passion for helping children and families.
