Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role, located in Ogden, UT, for a Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician will work directly with clients to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA. Responsibilities include tracking progress, collecting accurate data, and communicating with the therapy team and families. This role requires a passion for working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and an ability to follow structured programs to foster client growth and development.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Proficiency in delivering Behavioral Intervention tailored to client needs
- Excellent Communication skills with an ability to connect with clients, families, and team members
- Basic understanding of Psychology concepts and their application in behavioral therapy
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required
- Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus
