Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar, and breakfast service
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure all food and beverage standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures are consistently followed
- Assist in scheduling, labor control, and daily operational planning
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain strong communication with the F&B Manager and hotel leadership team
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
- Drive guest satisfaction and team engagement through strong leadership
- Support revenue growth and profitability through operational execution
- Maintain accurate communication, reporting, and documentation
- Assist in achieving departmental financial and service goals
- Uphold and enforce company policies, SOPs, and Hilton brand standards
- Prior Food & Beverage or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic financial understanding (labor, cost control, inventory)
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
