Boasting three decades of experience from our HQ in Brooksville, Fl. we've distributed thousands of ground support equipment (GSE) units to a vast network of clients spanning the continent. Our expertise in the sector is unparalleled, serving a diverse clientele that includes leading airlines, ground service providers, and aircraft manufacturers, who depend on our reliability. Although our inventory features both brand new and expertly refurbished GSE, it's our commitment to integrity that truly sets us apart as our most valuable offer.

We supply refurbished Ground Support Equipment, including water service carts, lavatory service carts, water service trucks, lavatory service trucks, cargo bobtail trucks, aircraft passenger stairs, stair trucks, catering trucks, and more.

For the future goals of the company to expand globally, we are looking for an ambitious, experienced VP Global sales with a worldwide customer base to the companies' goals for global expansion.

Duties

Leading the Sales Department and design and implementing a global sales strategy to expand the company's customer base and its strong presence through the market in North/Central/South America, Europe and Middle East.

Lead, design and implement marketing activities and strategies of the company.

Analysis of GSE aviation market and generating new sales leads.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Represent the company in global trade shows, conferences and events.

Keep up to date with competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

Work towards and in line with all departments to identify and execute operations strategy.

Visiting potential, new, and existing customers to generate further business.

Maintaining and developing relationships with both key clients and new business leads to maximizing business opportunities and increasing client loyalty in an industry where client retention is never guaranteed.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the President/CEO of the company.

Evaluate the results of sales regularly and systematically and report these results to the President/CEO of the company as well to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.

Design the strategy into applicable goals by implementing organization-wide goal setting and assisting teams in setting and executing those goals.

Ensure the implementation and full compliance with global policies and sanctions.

Provide the executive leadership in developing and executing a global vision and corporate strategic objectives and policies for CEO approval to enable the companies commercial viability and its ability to meet companies social and economic policy agenda.

Generate revenue to finance capital investments, ensure profitability of investments.

Make good business and strategic business planning.

Develop productivity which necessitates creativity, imagination, leadership, good administration and business judgement to secure investments.

Prepare and review of annual business plans, budgets and reports of the company prior to submitting them to President/CEO.

Plan and direct all investigations and negotiations pertaining to joint ventures, acquisitions of businesses and the acquisition or sale of major assets.

Execute complex business negotiations with industries and other business transactions which represent a significant investment of funds.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, Marketing or a related field.

Proven track record of at least 10 years in international aviationB2B sales, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven global network within Ground Handling and Aircraft Maintenance Companies.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer needs and industry dynamics.

Excellent organization and planning skills required for a fast-paced work environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks.

Excellent written and fluent verbal communication skills in English (second language an asset).

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and company events.

Previous experience working autonomously in a remote office environment.
