Job Summary
We are seeking a second detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, including maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers. This is a full time in office position. Applicants must have 3 years solid bookkeeping experience and live in the Tampa FL area within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Manage debits and credits entries
- Assist in tax preparation and reporting
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Perform accounts payable and receivable functions
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize NetSuite for financial tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in GAAP accounting principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with journal entries and maintaining general ledger
- Ability to handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and to be highly productive
