- Greet customers promptly and assist them with part inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Upsell parts and accessories, ensuring customers are aware of all available products to enhance their RV experience.
- Accurately process customer orders, including handling phone inquiries, walk-ins, and special orders.
- Restock shelves and maintain an organized parts store, ensuring parts are easily accessible and well-displayed.
- Process customer purchases, ensuring accuracy and providing top-tier service during checkout.
- Stay up to date on product offerings, new parts, and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Parts Counter experience and/or parts sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proven ability to upsell.
- High-energy personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep the parts store well-organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
