Core Duties
- Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Handle service calls including leaks, fixtures, drains, and system upgrades.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and the team to deliver excellent results.
- Follow all safety protocols and code requirements.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (roughly every 5 to 6 weeks) and occasional Saturday shifts when available.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Appropriate Florida plumbing credentials or proven equivalent skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Honest, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
