We're looking for 2 experienced Senior Automation Controls Engineers for a long-term contract opportunity supporting high-volume manufacturing automation in Toledo, OH!
This is a great opportunity for engineers who enjoy being hands-on with PLC programming, equipment integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting complex automated manufacturing systems.
📍 Location: Toledo, OH – 100% Onsite
📅 Contract: Through July 2027 (For current projects- long term contract and will move onto other projects once this is done)
⏰ Schedule: Rotating 1st and 2nd shifts every 2–4 weeks (72 hours/week)
What we're looking for:
- 5–7 years of hands-on Controls Engineering experience in manufacturing environments
- Advanced PLC programming with Rockwell, Siemens, or Beckhoff
- Experience developing PLC programs from scratch, including standard and safety PLCs
- Hands-on equipment integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of HMI systems, electrical controls, and industrial safety standards
- Experience supporting high-volume automated manufacturing equipment
