Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst. This role is responsible for administering U.S. employee benefits, supporting compensation cycles, and ensuring programs remain compliant, competitive, and cost-effective. The ideal candidate will bring a strong data mindset and HR systems experience to support ongoing compensation and benefits operations.
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness plans
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, terminations, and vendor communications
- Lead annual open enrollment, broker engagement, and benefits renewal planning
- Analyze market trends, utilization, and cost scenarios to inform leadership decisions
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS, and DOL regulations
- Support 401(k) plan operations including eligibility, transactions, and compliance testing
- Assist in executing annual compensation processes including merit and bonus cycles
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and support salary structure maintenance
- Generate compensation-related reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and leadership
- Contribute to HRIS reporting and compensation process improvements
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles
- Strong Excel skills and experience with HR data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with 401(k) administration and benefits compliance regulations
- Experience supporting merit and bonus cycles
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking and survey participation
- Exposure to HRIS platforms and compensation reporting
- Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.)
Desired:
- Master’s degree in HR or related field, SHRM Certificate
- ADP Payroll system experience
- Experience working across regions or within global HR teams
- Familiarity with internal equity reviews and job evaluations
- Ability to develop or maintain salary structures and job architecture
- Background in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) support from an HR perspective
