Job Description
Blue Bee Landscaping & Design is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality landscape installations and lawn maintenance throughout Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Suffolk.
Responsibilities:
- Landscape installations
- Mulch and rock installation
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Drainage and hardscape projects
- Outdoor lighting installation
- Job site and shop cleanup
- Passing out door hangers in targeted neighborhoods to help generate new business
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Landscaping experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to grow with the company
Compensation:
- Starting at $15/hour
