Hardscape Employee Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

In addition, all candidates must have the following:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from shop
- VALID driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hardscape or landscape construction / maintenance (2 years preferred).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
- ABI;ITY TO WORK EFFICENTLY ON A TEAM and be productive while working alone
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Pass an ILLEGAL drug screen
Skill Requirements:
- Candidates should have strong HARDSCAPE experience,
- Proficient with hand tools, compactors, saws, skid steer and other HARDSCAPE equipment. , excavator a plus but not required
- Experience with paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc
- Knowledge of site preparation, grading, and drainage basics.
- Ability to take direction and follow it accurately. THIS IS A CORE REQUIREMENT!!
- Experience setting steps, borders, and decorative rock or gravel a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
