Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Ohio. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing off-market real estate opportunities, building relationships with property owners, and identifying investment opportunities that align with our investor network’s acquisition criteria. This role focuses strictly on acquisitions and lead generation, including prospecting distressed properties, conducting outreach, negotiating opportunities, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential deals.
A successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s deal flow and contributing to the organization’s long-term growth objectives. This is a commission-based role offering 35% commission on all closed deals with uncapped earning potential.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify and analyze off-market real estate opportunities
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, sales, or real estate acquisitions is considered an asset
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
- Familiarity with real estate investing strategies such as wholesaling, fix-and-flip, rentals, BRRRR, and distressed property acquisitions is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Real estate license is not required
- Must be motivated by commission-based compensation and growth opportunities
Compensation:
- 35% commission on all closed deals
