Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews, assessments, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Data Management: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
Requirements
Must have skills:
- 1 year of TA (Talent Acquisition) in a manufacturing plant or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience
- Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
- Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus
- Excellent communication skills
