- Compensation

Licensed clinicians typically earn:

• • $100,000 annually (25 weekly clients)
  • $124,500 annually (32 weekly clients)

Higher earning potential available based on schedule flexibility.

This is a 1099 contractor role with strong structural and administrative support.

- Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:

• • Trauma & PTSD (EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic modalities)
  • Neurodivergent-affirming care
  • Child, adolescent, couples, or family therapy
  • DBT, CBT, or other evidence-based modalities
  • LGBTQIA affirming care

Specialty niches are welcome and supported.

- Requirements

• • Active, unrestricted Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
  • Active NPI & CAQH profile
  • Personal malpractice insurance
  • Comfortable with EHR systems
