We are looking to hire multiple licensed therapist associates to join our growing team in Olympia. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing evidence-based practices to support successful client outcomes. The therapist will be responsible for providing individual counseling sessions and maintaining clinical documentation. This is a hybrid position providing in-person and Telehealth sessions with clients.
We are looking to hire associate therapists with individualized areas of expertise across all ages, mental health needs and specialty treatment areas, including but not limited to: children and adolescent and family therapists, couples and/or sex therapy, adults, neurodivergent specialist, art therapy/play therapy, trauma focused care and techniques, such as EMDR or Brain spotting.

Compensation
-Therapist Associates can expect a 1099 earnings range of $76,000 (25 clients) to $84,500 (32 clients) per year.
-Potential for More: There's a potential for higher 1099 earnings as you grow with Blu Orchard. Based on schedule flexibility, time and performance with the company.

Duties
- Conduct therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
-Participate in clinical supervision
Qualifications
-Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or clinical mental health counseling
-Must currently hold or be able to obtain an Associate Washington state mental health professional license (LICSWA, LMFTA, LMHCA)
-Must have or obtain personal malpractice liability insurance
-Knowledge and experience working with electronic health records (preferred)
