Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring precise entry and timely delivery
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and adhering to sanitation standards in food handling and food safety practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders, especially in high-volume settings like nightclubs or busy restaurants
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality is highly preferred
- Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and guest relations enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation can be advantageous for understanding menu items and special requests
- Demonstrated skills in time management, multitasking, and upselling are essential for success in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs is beneficial but not required
- Strong customer service skills combined with a passion for hospitality will help you thrive as part of our team
Pay: $23.85 - $55.00 per hour
