ABOUT THE ROLE: Serve as Blu Dot's in-market expert for commercial and contract clients. Build relationships, educate specifiers, and grow opportunities across hospitality, multi-family, workplace, dealer, and procurement channels. Deliver a highly consultative sales experience, manage project timelines, and support Market Development Managers and the Minneapolis contract team with best-in-class communication and coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Prospect, grow, and manage commercial relationships including contract dealers, procurement agencies, hospitality groups, corporate end-users, educational intuitions, and developers.
- Partner with your Store Manager and Market Development Manager to conduct in-store and in-field presentations, lunch and learns, and product demos
- Provide consultative, technical product support including finishes, BIFMA requirements, and commercial capabilities
- Oversee orders from quoting through installation and post-sale follow up
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline records, and communication logs
- Communicate professionally and consistently, reflecting Blu Dot brand standards
- Support Market Development Managers with local activation and outreach
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and general cleanliness of showroom
- Assist in seasonal floor change, including light furniture assembly and some lifting
- Availability to work weekends based on the needs of the business
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts and occasional reaching, crouching, or lifting up to 50 lbs.
