Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX, for a Commercial Account Manager at Blu Dot. The role involves managing and growing relationships with commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, and proactively identifying new sales opportunities. You will serve as a brand ambassador, representing Blu Dot's commitment to good design and outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and Sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong Customer Service skills coupled with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of Insurance-related processes is a plus but not required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in an on-site team environment in Dallas, TX.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the design or furniture industry preferred.
