Key Responsibilities: Platform Implementation & Support while Supporting the Web Development TeamTake ownership of configuration, rollout, and support for:OneLogin (SSO, identity management)Google Workspaces (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console)Zendesk (support workflows, help center setup)Brevo (email automation and CRM integration)Bitdefender (endpoint protection setup and policy enforcement)Mac systems (device management, remote setup)Google Voice (number management, call routing)ClickUp (workspace setup, task management flows)Slack (channel structure, integrations)Zapier (automation between tools and services)Provide remote system support and resolve technical incidents.Document configuration standards and internal technical processes.Web Development & Code-Level Support Assist with implementation and debugging of modern web apps using:React.js, Next.js (App Router)Tailwind CSSREST API integrationGit & GitHublocalStorage / sessionStorageWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience in technical implementation, configuration, and hands-on support across a variety of SaaS tools and systems.Ability to move confidently between IT operations and frontend technical support.Excellent troubleshooting skills and a mindset for proactive problem-solving.Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.Cybersecurity awareness is highly valued—particularly with identity access, endpoint protection, and cloud security practices.Experience with GCP / GCS is a plus.Familiarity or interest in AI tools and automation is a strong bonus.
