Blossom Home Care is urgently hiring Spanish-speaking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) for 12-hour shifts supporting 24/7 home care cases in the Poughkeepsie NY area (12601).
This is an immediate hire opportunity with ongoing cases available. We are also building a long-term caregiver pipeline for future assignments.
Pay
From $18.65/hour
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts (day and night coverage)
- 24/7 case assignments
- Weekend availability required depending on case assignment
- Ongoing and consistent hours for reliable caregivers
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their home
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support)
- Follow care plan instructions
- Maintain patient safety and comfort
- Communicate any changes in condition to agency staff
Requirements
- Spanish speaking
- Certified HHA or PCA
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Must have own reliable transportation to 12601 (Poughkeepsie, NY)
