Direct Repair Collision is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Body Shop Lot Attendant / Shop Porter to help keep our collision center organized, clean, and running smoothly. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize customer vehicles throughout the shop and designated parking areas.

• Assist with vehicle deliveries, pickups, and movement through the collision repair process.

• Remove trash daily and keep the collision shop clean, organized, and ready for use each day.

• Sweep and clean shop floors, work areas, and common spaces as needed.

• Ensure trash, debris, and other materials are properly disposed of to maintain a safe working environment.

• Help maintain the overall appearance and organization of the shop and surrounding lot.

• Assist with basic vehicle cleaning, detailing, and other shop support tasks as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures when moving vehicles and working around shop equipment.

• Work cooperatively with technicians, management, and other team members to keep daily operations running efficiently.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

• Ability to work on your feet, perform physical tasks, and lift heavy items as needed, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.

• Comfortable working in an active collision repair shop environment.

• Previous automotive, shop, janitorial, or lot attendant experience is a plus, but not required.
