Tom Wood Lexus is seeking a dedicated and energetic Service Lane Attendant to support our service team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience and keeping our service operations running smoothly.
Pay: $16/hour bonus
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane and dealership lot
Park, retrieve, and organize customer and dealership vehicles
Assist with vehicle preparation, transportation, and lot organization
Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive dealership experience
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, outgoing attitude with a strong customer-first mindset
Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn
Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
