In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children in home-based settings, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through ABA therapy.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Running individualized programs designed by a supervising BCBA
- Building positive relationships with clients and families
- Taking session data and completing notes
- Helping create meaningful progress through consistency, patience, and encouragement
- Traveling locally to client homes or designated service locations
What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification through the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Previous ABA experience
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented individuals
- A genuine passion for working with children
