- Salary range: $70,000–$100,000
- Bonus pay opportunities

- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs
- Ensure program effectiveness and client progress
- Provide case-specific training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Coordinate and evaluate staff efforts aligned with IEP/IFSP goals
- Collect, analyze, and manage client data
- Maintain accurate daily documentation and progress reporting
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
