- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs as needed.
- Deliver telehealth and in-person services based on client and program requirements.
- Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.
- Supervise RBTs and BTs through direct observation, coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
- Partner with caregivers, families, and other professionals to promote consistency and client progress across settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer requirements, privacy standards, telehealth guidelines, and state regulations.
- Proactively communicate any scheduling, technology, travel, or service-related challenges.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Active Maryland LBA.
- Experience in clinical supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
- Reliable internet access and a private, professional setting suitable for telehealth.
- Ability to travel for in-person services when required.
- Strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and responsive communication.
