Blossman Gas & Appliance seeks customer-oriented applicants for a professional growth opportunity as a CSR-Branch Administrator at our growing showroom location in the Travelers Rest, SC area.
Job Description
As a Branch Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering phones, coordinating daily operations, and promoting Blossman's core line of appliances and services.
You will work closely with customers to find solutions, schedule gas deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Coordinate daily closeout and deposit procedures
- Post payments and process transactions
- Schedule gas deliveries and other services
- Promote and sell Blossman's core line of appliances and services
Requirements
- High school diploma required; some college or earned degree helpful
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Ability to work regularly in a fast-paced retail setting
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to safety
