Job Description
We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a CSR-Branch Administrator at our retail location in the Hilton Head/Ridgeland, SC area.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling phone calls, coordinating daily operations, and scheduling services
- Post payments, manage gas deliveries, and promote Blossman's core products and services
- Blending customer care, computer work, and consultative selling to provide exceptional service
Requirements
- High school diploma required; some college or earned degree preferred
- Professional, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with limited overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and other necessary steps
