What You’ll Be Doing
As a Floral Design Consultant, you are the voice of our brand. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Floral Expert Consultations: Providing design advice and order support via phone, email, and live chat to help DIYers choose the perfect stems.
- Logistics & Coordination: Navigating the "behind the scenes" by communicating with vendors and ensuring orders are processed and shipped flawlessly.
- Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshooting shipping or order issues to ensure every customer has a "blooming" experience.
- Creative Merchandising: Assisting with product mix development and merchandising to keep our catalog fresh and on-trend.
- Brand Growth: Taking on special projects including social media marketing, contests, and customer outreach.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Creative Edge: Experience in floral design or a related creative field is highly desired. You should know your Ranunculus from your Roselilies!
- Service Excellence: Previous direct customer service experience where you’ve mastered the art of professional empathy.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal skills are mandatory. You’ll be writing to brides during their most stressful (and exciting) times.
- Detailed Organization: A "no-stone-unturned" approach to follow-ups and order management.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and a quick learner for new e-commerce platforms.
