We are looking for a customer service representative to work the front counter, email, and phones at a local printing company.
Join this engaged owner as a customer service representative at the front counter and on the phone. It is an active job where you will assist where needed in a small printing company. Duties include answering phones, helping clients place and pickup orders, and reviewing proofs. Good people skills and being comfortable talking on phone and in person with clients is critical. Must be comfortable working on computers. We will train on specific software.
Knowledge of printing and paper is a plus, but not necessary. Proficiency in reading and spelling needed for accurate proofing.
Benefits: Monday-Friday work week, paid holidays, paid sick leave
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, with one hour lunch break
