About Blooms & Berries Farm MarketWinning multiple Best of Cincinnati awards — Best Local Farm and Best Pumpkin Patch/Farm — Blooms & Berries Farm Market is a family-owned and operated, forward-thinking agritourism farm, retail market and garden center that places high value on professionalism and passion.
Since 1999, we have served thousands of guests annually to pick strawberries and other fruit; visit the animals; shop in our bakery, market barn and garden center; and attend seasonal events. Our business is highly seasonal and moves quickly. Success requires planning months ahead while executing precisely week to week.
We enjoy a positive, professional atmosphere and working in jeans and comfy shoes most days. Winter brings a slower pace and time to reset before the next season begins.
The Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator is a key on-site operational role responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, executing disciplined purchasing, and ensuring seamless seasonal product flow across the farm.
This position requires an extremely detail-oriented, systems-minded individual who is comfortable working heavily on a computer while also managing physical inventory. Success in this role depends on strong data skills, forward planning, vendor coordination, internal communication, and a deep understanding of seasonality.
Some products must be ordered months in advance — sometimes an entire season’s worth at one time. This role requires someone who can think ahead, analyze historical data, anticipate demand and act proactively.
This is not a creative buying role. It is a data-driven, planning-focused role that protects margin, reduces chaos, and supports every department of the farm. Please include the word “excited” in the subject line of your application email to demonstrate your attention to detail.
