Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently to optimize the schedule and promote a tranquil experience for the guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to sales and services.
- Promote spa services and products through effective upselling techniques and product demonstrations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around the spa.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of retail products, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, kindly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with spa team to enhance service offerings and improve overall client experience.
Skills
- Experience in retail, service or spa settings, with a strong ability to upsell services and products.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate financial transactions.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling appointment bookings and client inquiries professionally and confidentially.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Enthusiastic about eco-friendly, cruelty-free products and the spa's treatment offerings.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
