Job description:

Bloomfield Hills Country Club, A Platinum Club of America is seeking part-time servers. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a high-performing team at “Bloomfield”, one acknowledged for its supportive membership, quality work environment, and providing exceptional experiences for its members and their guests. “Bloomfield” provides flexible scheduling to team members and can work around prior obligations. Server Responsibilities:

· Take and process guests’ orders in a timely fashion

· Menu Knowledge

· Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking

· Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests quickly

· Ensure that correct account numbers and names are given for billing

· Assist the team with opening and closing side work

Server Skills:

· Excellent customer service and hospitality skills

· Comfort with computer software used for order taking

· Neat, well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos

· Ability to work well under intense time pressure

· Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments

· Dedication to on-time arrival shifts

· Learns members’ names and their special preferences

Requirements:

· 18 years of age

· Citizens of the United States or have existing work visa.

· Flexible work availability, this includes some holidays, weekends, and some late nights.

Wage: Hourly wage plus tips
