Duties:- Learn and understand the company's policies, procedures, and operations- Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues- Train and develop team members on company standards and best practices- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Be an active team player representing our Nonprofit clients as well as being adaptable to our other 43 clients.Requirements:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent business etiquette and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling- Previous administrative or managerial experience is a plus- Knowledge of the market and industry trends is desirable
