Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Enter orders, update existing orders , correctly amend or make notes on customer accounts
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Provide customers with essential product information
- Maintain a current working knowledge of product offerings
- Process sales as needed for customers
- Build a customer rapport to promote account growth, customer loyalty and long-term customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating with numerous customers throughout the day
- Verify that customer orders and account requests are accurate
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
Customer Service Associate: Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or customer support is helpful
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Must be able to work in Kansas City, MO
- Demonstrated attention to detail through proofreading and filing tasks; strong typing skills are essential
