Leading venture capital firm is seeking an IR Executive Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known firm investing in industry-defining companies! You’ll manage the IR inbox, maintain the CRM system with meticulous attention to detail, spearhead IR events, organize and plan global roadshows, and execute projects and tasks independently, while assisting with scheduling and coordination with the IR team. Responsibilities:
- Manage IR inbox and communications, responding to stakeholder inquiries regarding tax forms, account statements, and other information.
- Own and manage CRM to keep information up-to-date and maintained with detailed notes and organization for relationship management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the IR Team.
- Spearhead Investor Day and other IR events throughout the year.
- Provide meeting support to gather details for the team.
- Organize and coordinate global roadshows.
- Execute projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Support the IR team with various operational and administrative tasks.
- Adapt to evolving needs as the team structure develops.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Investor Relations, or similar role, ideally in finance, venture capital, or startup environments.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of different stakeholder needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability are key as the role evolves. Willing to support team needs.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
