Innovative startup revolutionizing network infrastructure for businesses is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. With their recent Series C funding, it's an incredibly exciting time to join and be a right-hand partner to the CEO. In this role, you'll provide dedicated support to the CEO through calendar management, inbox management, travel planning, meeting prep & support, relationship management with key stakeholders, and off-site planning. You will partner with the Personal Assistant to ensure the Executive is aligned and prepared for personal and professional commitments. Someone proactive who takes initiative to anticipate needs, has strong written and communication skills, and is system-oriented, who will implement workflows and efficiencies. This is an in-office role based in San Francisco in the Mission. 150-180K DOE equity, benefits, onsite chef, and unlimited PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to the CEO, focused on day-to-day execution and core operational needs.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings, and proactively resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Prepare for meetings by organizing materials, taking clear and effective notes, and tracking action items through completion.
- Oversee task management to ensure commitments, follow-ups, and priorities are completed on time.
- Audit objectives and time allocation to help ensure focus remains on high-impact initiatives.
- Coordinate domestic travel, including booking arrangements and creating detailed, efficient itineraries.
- Organize off-site events, internal meetings, and business-related dinners as needed.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Partner with the Personal Assistant to ensure the CEO's commitments are aligned.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a startup, VC, or similar environment.
- Highly organized and systems-oriented, with experience implementing and maintaining efficient workflows.
- Polished, professional, and passionate about delivering high-quality work with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proactive communicator who is comfortable asking questions, giving feedback, and taking initiative.
- Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with pride in producing accurate and consistent results.
- Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships and demonstrate stability and longevity in prior roles.
