Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently into the company's ERP system.
- Coordinate with various departments such as sales, logistics, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Blooms Kosher's product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Generate reports and analyze data using Excel to support decision-making processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and provide support as needed.
