What You Bring to the Table

✔ Retail and/or dispensary management experience (3–5 years)
✔ Leadership skills to mentor and motivate a high-performing team
✔ Operational expertise in sales, inventory control, compliance, and financial oversight

Scheduling Expectations

• Working Tuesday-Saturday
• Sunday & Monday off
• Average work week of 45 hours

Store Directors’ duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to create a high-performing team.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage during all operating hours.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding cannabis sales.

Operations and Compliance:

• Monitor daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory control processes are followed.
• Oversee the handling of cash and credit card transactions, ensuring adherence to secure cash management procedures.
• Stay current on state and local cannabis laws and ensure store compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or operational issues.

Customer Experience:

• Foster a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure that all staff deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Educate customers about products, responsible use, and harm reduction strategies when necessary.

Sales and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed store targets.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
