- Greet and assist new clients with warmth and professionalism, establishing a positive first impression of the firm
- Must have sales or customer service experience As this role is selling the consultation and firm when prospective clients call in
- Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather essential information related to various legal areas such as estate planning, family law, immigration law, or personal injury law
- Collect and verify client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for case initiation
- Manage client data entry into case management system of Clio
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and case setup
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, documentation review, and intake procedures
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing phone etiquette, and handling correspondence with clients and external agencies

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy law office environment
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette and interviewing techniques
- knowledge in family law preferred but not required
- Ability to follow a script for calls and provide professional and compassionate tone over the phone
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to provide executive administrative support when needed
