The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Strategy Lead to join our Creative team, focused on our Food & Beverage audience. You will develop and implement campaign, creative, and brand strategies for our Food and Beverage Creative team, ensuring compelling creative output across all Food & Beverage efforts. This role involves an in-depth understanding of food and beverage businesses, and close collaboration with the marketing, creative, and product teams to increase brand growth, awareness, and engagement for the Food & Beverage audience. You will report into the Head of Creative Strategy at Square, sitting embedded within the Square Creative organization.
You Will :
- Develop and brief campaigns and larger GTM efforts
Create detailed creative briefs for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and integrated marketing briefs.
In partnership with the research team, conduct seller and market research to gather valuable insights into target audience behaviors, needs, and preferences.
Provide strategic direction and feedback to the creative and marketing teams to enhance the quality and impact of marketing programs.
Play a role as “creative interpreter” between marketing and creative, alongside creative leadership.
